This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Echo AI mobile application( hereinafter referred to as “Software”, “App” or “Service”) distributed and operated by Haikou Chengfa Technology Co., Ltd. ( hereinafter referred to as “we” or “the company”). We understand the importance of protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy( hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement” or “Policy”) explains what information of yours will be collected when you download, install, access, or use the Software, and how such information will be used and shared. It also explains choices you have to control the collection, correction and/or deletion of such information.

1.1.Information provided or permission granted to us by you.
There are two general categories of information we will process:
1.1 Information may be automatically collected
when you use or access the Software and the Service, some information about you may be automatically collected as follows:
1.1.1 Technical Information. We may collect certain technical information, which is regarding your device configuration and identifiers, and your use of the Software and Services, including the type, name and version of operating system, Open UDID, Apple ID, IMEI, IDFA, status of WLAN.
1.1.2 List of installed software. When you chooses to share the pictures of the Software to a third-party application, the list of installed software of you device is collect by us to determine whether the third-party application exists.
1.1.3 Usage Information. We may collect certain usage related information regarding your use and interaction with your device, including the Software and Services, such as when and how you use the Software and Services, how frequently you use them.
1.1.4 Payment data. We may collect information about your subscription orders, such as purchase items, subscription time, order status, payment time. We do not collect and we are not responsible for the collection or security of payment details. Payment information is processed and stored using third-party companies (such as Apple). These companies can be contacted through their websites: https://www.apple.com. Before entering your personal payment details, we suggest that you read and become familiar with the privacy policy of these third-party companies.
1.1.5 Virtual gold coins. For calculating the amount of the virtual gold coins you have consumed or purchased, we may collect certain information, such as the amount,types of such virtual gold coins.
1.2 Information that you provide to us
1.2.1 User Content. When you use our Services, we collect the information that is included in the input, file uploads, or feedback that you provide to our Services .
1.2.2 Communication Information. If you communicate with us, we collect your name, contact information, and the contents of any messages you send.
12.3 Permission to Access to the Microphone. When you use the Software to chat with an AI robot, you may voluntarily grant us the permission to access to the microphone of your device so that you can input voice for chat.
12.4 Permission to Access to the Storage. To ensure that you may save photos or cache information normally to your device, or upload pictures from your device to the Software, you may voluntarily grant us the permission to access to the storage of your device.
12.5 Information of the Third-party Account. You may choose to log in the App through the third-party account, we will collect your User ID and display name of your third-party account.
12.6 Registration Information. When you register an account and provide us with the following personal details(“Registration Information”), such as your username, personal introduction and profile pictures. We will collect such Registration Information to assist you with completing registration and to protect your account.

2.1 The main reason we use your information is to deliver and improve the Service. Read on for a more detailed explanation of the various reasons we use your information:
 to operate and update the Software and the Service, and provide you with existing and new functionality and features;
 to improve and customize the Software and the Service;

3.4 We may share your information with certain third parties (including, without limitation, search engines, content providers, and advertising networks and platforms) that provide various services (such as advertising, marketing, analysis, content, and search) in connection with the Software and the Service. We take appropriate measures to ensure that no user can be individually identified from the disclosure of such information, and we require these third parties (i) to keep the data secured, (ii) not to use the data for any other purpose other than to provide us with the Service; and (iii) to use the data solely in compliance with the applicable data protection laws and this Privacy Policy.
If you want to delete any personal information which we have shared with the third parties, please contact us through the email displayed below. We would try our best to notify the third party of deleting the relative personal data, but no warranty as to the deletion is made by us.
3.5 We may also share personal information with our subsidiaries, affiliated and parent companies but their use of such information must comply with the applicable data protection laws and this Privacy Policy.

Transfer of data outside your territory
4.1 We work in the international space and provide the Software to our users around the world. We and third-party organizations that provide automatic data processing technologies for the Software or our third-party advertising partners may transfer the automatically processed information across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world.
